Blood Brothers by 221b_hound [4K]
Sherlock + John. Bromance/pre-slash. Partial AU. Action. Vampire!John.
John was uneasy about the new case from the start. It had several unique features which had made Sherlock stop bitching about his boredom and pay absolute attention. The bite marks in the throats of the three bodies drained of blood were all peculiar enough, but the look of abject horror on the faces of the victims, and the extremely inaccessible locations of two of the bodies, took the deaths from the merely odd to the wonderfully grotesque. Sherlock was positively gleeful about it.

Sherlock/John (explicit). First time. Partial AU. Werewolf!Sherlock. Vampire!John. Action. Casefic.
Lestrade was calling about a new murder, Sherlock was acting strange even for a consulting detective-werewolf, and John was missing blood from the fridge. Just another day in John’s life. (Alternate Universe where Sherlock is a werewolf, and John is a vampire. Everything else is exactly the same.)

Sherlock/John (non-explicit). First time. AU. Action. Vampires.
“We’re assigning it under your care, Doctor. It will be your job to keep it alive. You’ll be responsible for it, staying in close proximity to it. Make sure it eats. Make sure it doesn’t do any more harm to itself.”
“How?” John was completely at sea.
“That’s for you to work out. We’ll provide you with drugs, and I suggest you use them. Generally we try to keep it drugged – it nearly escaped from us quite a few times before we sorted that out. You’ll be armed, of course, and the flat will beconstantly monitored. Should it attack – which is unlikely if you keep it drugged – there will be RMPs there immediately.”

Sherlock + John. Pre-slash. Partial AU. Action. Vampire!Sherlock. Slave!John. Favorite.
In which vampires have enslaved humans and control, well, everything. Vampire!Mycroft insists his little brother get a slave — even though it didn’t work out with the dog — and Sherlock chooses the one guaranteed to irritate his brother the most: an unassuming little doctor with an ugly past and absolutely no style to speak of.
